Our process spans over quite a few months leading up to the big day and no small detail is overlooked.
From our first date as we like to call it (minus the awkwardness!) we love to get to know our clients, hear their story and what they envisage their big day to feel and look like.
From planning meetings to site visits, concept designs, prop sourcing and flower selection, every piece is carefully sourced to capture our couple’s personalities. Meetings often feel like we’re catching up with old friends.
We are constantly inspired by the people we meet and the stories that have brought them together.
This type of occasion is a celebration of love and a life shared to look forward too, which deserves to be the party of your lives!

The team behind ruby & james were absolute godsends when it came to the styling & roll out of our special day. Not only did they come to the rescue a few months out when we in need of a stylist but Beck & Jess absolutely exceeded our expectations when it came to the look & feel of our day. It was more luxe and beautiful than we could ever have imagined and both Aaron and I had total faith in that they could deliver our vision.
Not only did the team deliver the goods but they were also such a pleasure to deal with along the way. Their collaborative approach meant they were always open to suggestions from my end and no emails/questions from me were too much. The team were relaxed on the day and always had smiles on their faces which eased my mind knowing that they had everything under control and I could go about the day not having to worry about a thing.
We honestly can’t thank Beck, Jess and the team enough for delivering what we consider to be the most stunning wedding we have ever seen! When I use the term ‘best in the biz’, it is no short of the truth. They well and truly are!
